I believe successful businesses are built on strong relationships, thoughtful leadership, and a genuine investment in people. Professionally, I have spent my career helping organizations grow through strategic planning, revenue development, sales leadership, talent development, and community engagement. My work spans hospitality sales, meeting and event strategy, business development, destination development, and nonprofit leadership. This allows me to partner with organizations at every stage of growth.

Personally, some of my most meaningful roles are being a partner to my husband, Roshan, and a mom to our son, Mason. They are my daily reminder of why balance, integrity, and meaningful work matter. They shape my perspective on leadership and relationships. They remind me to create success beyond the workplace.

Whether I am helping a hotel increase revenue, supporting a nonprofit’s mission, sourcing a national conference, or mentoring a team member, my goal remains the same: to leave people, teams, and organizations better than I found them.
